Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:
✅ Product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ Product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide proof of damage/defect (photo/video) for faster resolution.

Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup or request the customer to self-ship the item.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

7. Shipping Costs for Returns
