2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at info.zencasashop@gmail.com with your order ID and cancellation request.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


3. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ Product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers must provide proof of damage/defect (photo/video) for faster resolution.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a return pickup or request the customer to self-ship the item.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be processed.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

5. Refund Policy

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/defective/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (not liking the product, size/color change), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
